These were used to declare Uhunye President. None of the entries here is WITHOUT 34A, and I'm glad you have grown from hacking mythologies to worshiping the sanctity of forms 34A.

When you scan or photocopy signatures to impose on a new document, a good forger knows to first stamp it then re-do the copy. Here you have FRESH stamps on faded signatures.

They also cut off the serial number portion before attaching to a new document. Amateurish! Why didn't they just print new ones?
