NASA must change their minds and go to court.  How can you have 34B's and C's and NOT have 34A's. I thought 34A's were the primary numbers upon which 34B's and C's are based on.  It is like 2007 when Kivuitu told the country that he has no idea of whether the elections were stolen or not although he made the announcement because men with guns showed up.

The opposition in Kenya will never be buried no matter what the outcome of this election or court ruling will be. I am also hoping that NASA will decided to go to court.  The court gives NASA the best opportunity and platform to tell its story of the rigging.  It may not win because the court is also rigged but it get free TV to address the eight million and over who voted for them.  The elections may have been stolen but those people who voted are still out there and are ready to listen to them.  You cannot finish people by votes. In the US, Trump won but the Democratic party and the progressive are still alive and well and we are giving Trump hell everyday.  NASA is not going anywhere.

We have nothing to loose going to court.  Let us use that platform to address and educate our supporters and Kenyans who are ready to listen. Also use that time to plan for the future. You cannot give up on a struggle for Justice.
