I was hoping these guys would be different.  Like release everything to the public as soon as "challenged gadgets" finish updating the portal.  This would include, all the polling station data feeds and when they were sent to the constituency tallying center.  This can shed some light on your queries about the pattern of 54% and 44%.

I am now apprehensive that they will do what the last guys did.  Wait for months, and then release the sanitized version of the results, where everything matches and checks out, for the archives.  This will render the issues invisible and that way prevent real solutions to real problems.  It should be illegal for them to change anything once it's out there.

I have noticed that there are issues with those forms.  Ekuru Aukot was also complaining of having trouble getting Form 34As.
