Ruto used to say, "if we beat them when we were out of power, how can they even think of beating us when we are in power". We do not know the results yet but you have to give it up to  NASA, an opposition party in a third world country, running against an incumbent dollar billionaire with all the trappings of power. No. Farouk Kibet and his associates are the ones tasked with rigging this election. Farouk Kibet is the money man and controller of the whole operation. Boinnet is in charge of logistics and enforcement.  Chirchir is their IT guy monitoring and cordinating IEBC transmission. .. NASA should continue monitoring these guys
