Ghost voters is the last remaining bridge and hope. If you open the register and suddenly it is found the same person is appearing in 200 polling stations - something nobody can tell if 40,000 lists exist separately, how else would you react?

Obviously there will be another case with all the names and an application to have them struck off.

That ruling is as specific as it can be...it talks of 'The Register'  not some parts of register like iebc monkeys are doing. They have 48hrs to produce the register.

There is no discretion. The law is very specific but JP and IEBC have sought to avoid publication of the register in its entirety.

The purpose of inspecting the entire register is to rule out double registrations, etc. Multiple and mini registers of 40,000 polling stations can not cure the legitimate need to ensure it is free of discrepancies.

It is also more a NASA responsibility than that of any other party including JP

From whom and at what price?

You have a lot of suppositions which would be useful had they been underpinned with a minimum degree of intelligence. Those inferences and postulations must surely have made you a celebrity in those Muratina drinking dens where you no doubt preach to the fanatically converted.

NASA has not complained about that. What Gladwell Otieno has done  is demand that the Register in its entirety be opened for inspection. The IEBC has made the register "downloadable in small units of polling stations". That, argues Otieno will not address the concerns people have of double registrations etc.

I know you will say Homa Bay has the largest bla bla bla.. That may be so and definitely wrong. However the basic point is even after we were told the ills KPMG found had been left intact, it has emerged that people with single digit ID cards or even alphabetical numbers exist. Viewing it in its entirety will give a clearer image of the extent, or lack of, such ills.

The sad thing is that you know this only too well and probably think it is very clever of the IEBC to do that so it can favor clever Ruto.

IEBC was hawking copies for 20K, that is if you couldn't afford to camp at any of their offices

It's indeed at IEBC's discretion.  It does not make it any less shocking though, that there are people vehemently opposed to making it more easily available.
