Why is it "baseless"? The idea was that each candidate would be awarded 218 votes. ALL got 218 except Raila.

If this is PROGRAMMED then you can calculate easily that Raila will lose roughly 100K votes for every 218 votes sent. It is possible that the percentage of votes he loses increases as the number of votes increases. Say when the votes hit 1m he begins to lose more.

Any way instead of matusi - which I grant you the freedom to throw at the end of the debate when you have cause - kindly respond to the issue. I am not creating this.

Ezra Chiloba was asked about this and he said it was a typographical error. Since you are an ICT guru, I was expecting you to either support or debunk the claim. I would be most satisfied if you can explain to me in simple language - which Robina can understand too - how the "typographical" error may have occurred.

I could never dream of posing such a question to you. In case you haven't noticed, I direct triteness and banter related issues to you. That is your paygrade. You lack the basic intellect to debate a house fly.

Ezra Chiloba answered you. You need to stop being paranoid. Raila will be beaten by 1m votes.

I wonder - is there valid propaganda? - say if Omollo based his allegations on 2013 cartesian tallying that invalidated ballots. Noone has ever demystified it.

Was it a typo from the transmitting device?  Did they also include a form 34 scan in the demo?

Please look at the outcome of the Results System Simulation. I am not creating anything. It was on live TV for all to see and the IEBC has NOT denied it. The explanation given is what I am asking the top most ITC Guru to tell us he agrees it is a typographical error..
