Absolutely right. As for Jacob Juma I think he was just a loud mouth nobody was interested in Killing. Jacob Juma was Killed by 4 thugs who were in that period terrorizing folks around hurlingam-westland-lavington areas. Seems like an attempted kidnap gone wrong. They had in that period kidnapped Matiba daughter, turkish official and many high profile victims. The killer weapon & catrdiges matched the thugs Ak47- who were killed in Nyayo stadium. Obviously his death become politicize and there is no way it can ever be "solved" to satisfaction of conspiracy loving folks.

Most likely that what happened he was kidnapped by thugs and things went horribly wrong. He was not in good financial health as he claimed. If you are as rich as he claimed you get people minding you. Within a hour he would have been known to have been missing. He was an errand boy that thought he had made it.
