unless you have full timeline of his movement through out the day then its difficult to rule out poisoning through ingestion.  How difficult is it to obtain his medical records?

Based on reports the nkaissery Collapsed between 9pm and 10pm  but he was taken to Karen hospital dead between 3am and 4am
what happened between 10pm and 3am....Karen hospital is only few minutes from his Hardy house

Timeline so far .........so many gaps not sure who is telling the truth

7pm meeting at Bomas with friends
Left Bomas between 730pm and 9Pm

9pm at home, changed to truck suits

9:30pm President called

11pm the wife called the bodyguard

12am rushed him to hospital

2am Hospital called statehouse

3am muhoro, Boinnet arrived at Karen hospital

4am Body taken to Lee Funeral home.


Based on that timeline I would say check the phone, did anyone come to fix the red phone or was a new phone installed also it would be important for statehouse to release
phone conversation between CS and president.

He took a mistress to Germany instead the rest is  detsils. If you have ever studied criminal justice you will find why eye witnesses and friends are the most unreliable when it comes to matter of identification and alibi. Bomas security never recorded time?  CS security detail never record time? Statehouse never keeps record of President calls? This is a developing story so media houses are bound to get some stuff wrong...happens all the times. Look at Europe terror attacks, Mara it was a lone attacker, Mara he was in company, had a machete, knife,shot gun,backpack...

What is up fella? the conspiracy is being spun here right in front of us with no evidence. Most of the inconsistencies can be explained in time. Patel wants Uhuru to release his phone records.. The man got sick at home dropped dead and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival or before arrival. IF there is foul play his family will let us know as they were with him the last few hours of his life. A 67 years old with blood pressure issues can drop dead just like that.

IEBC is independent though.  Should be.  So there is that.

It is independent. Cabinet can discuss this matter as they are an interested party. I do not think Uhuru would be telling minister of justice to pick the red phone and call iebc but he could direct him or her to protest to iebc
