It is a lie going to court tomorrow and once again the taxpayer will pay more money for the propaganda of the EACC. Jubilee through Duale is still attempting to blackmail Nathif to betray NASA.

I might start taking EACC seriously when they pick Samuel Gichuru and go to work on him.  Otherwise, I just can't.  Gichuru has, in not so many words, officially confessed to money laundering.  It does not get any more cut and dried than that.

It is a black lie. They would have arrested him not just shut the account. I spoke to the Mullah and he gave me all the details. JP gave Nathif an ultimatum. There is a huge likelihood that Duale would not just go home but there is a total meltdown of JP support in Garissa. Now Uhuru  needs at least 25% in Garissa, Kisii, Nyamira, Lamu, Tana River etc to make it. So far he is short. (There is a likelihood of losing some places in RV based on a rumoured secret decision to turn against GEMA at the 11th hour due to the perceived plan to dump WSR. Of course NASA would benefit but isn't depending on that).

Now that is white lie. Uhuru will get Garissa because he has two or 3 bulls - Gen Muhammud/Duale/Yusuf Haji. Yusuf Haji the Senator basically controls Dujis (half of Garissa) and Muhammud-Duale the other half. ODM will get votes from Ladgera & Kambas in Garissa from Deputy Speaker Maalim.

Nathif just completed a press conference where he presented certified bank statements showing a balance of ksh 2000 and not 5 billion as the fake documents used by EACC claim. Mullah proceeded to court today to prosecute the matter.

I suspect it's Duale who forged the documents or the NIS and the plan was to arrest Nathif and mar his campaign launch. He departed from Nairobi before they acted and they couldn't get him killed on the way.

I think what you're alleging is Duale (Son-in-law) beating Muhamud's Brother Maalim. That was just internal family affair - but Garissa has been under Muhammud Lock & key for nearly 40-50 yrs now . Gen(retired) Muhammud is very powerful in Garissa. He basically own Garissa town and is deeply respected. The same case with Hajji. You have to understand in those parochial societies living in insecure places - elders & such folks (military or police) - are deeply respected - the same is true in Maasai (Gen NKaissery, Col Konchella & Narok Gen forget his name) & Samburu (Gen (late) rtd Lenges). They are also pro-goK - because incumbency is everything there due to insecurity - even moving around is not easy if you're in opposition.

If I was to do MOAS of Garissa..I would say Gen Muhammud(Duale) -control Garissa, Haji(Ijara district towards Lamu) and Maalim & Current Governor (Lagdera towards Somali - now he moving to Garissa hoping to benefit from Kambas) are the guys who have a say - due to clan matrixs in there - and of course Garissa town is now cosmopolitan with lots of Kambas - I'd say Jubilee takes 2/3 - NASA 1/3.
