Socialized Healthcare will never work in America. We need to undo these programs and let the market and free choice decitate healthcare cost. I  hope the man with Black Lung disease loses Medicaid. He should have planned well while working for this cost it is not my job to keep him alive

These welfare queens and Kings need to be cut off from these programs

Unregulated healthcare market where doctors & hospital are billing whatever they want is not the solution. Market & Free choice will work if Us gov regulate what doctors & hospital can charge otherwise if they demand 10m to give birth - a natural process - then insurance will raise your premium - and it become un-affordable for everyone.

I think healthcare & education should be free - just like roads are free - that is minimum the gov should gurantee their citizen who pays lots of taxes anyway.

You do not understand free market or what is wrong with American healthcare. It is the free money from Medicare ..we pay 1.4 of our taxes to medicare and are only eligible for the benefits at 65 years. Healthcare providers see medicare as free easy money and every profitable practice and drug company relies on Medicare to pad it's bottom line. The libertarian view is that we allow individuals to use their own money to pay for hesthcare this way I can go look for 60 dollars physician and cheap medicine..I pay my doctor out of my pocket 60 dollars every visit ..he has no billing office and will only take insurance from the very poor or old. America healthcare is expensive because of waste and fraud

I don't understand the details. That I admit. I also get a sense you're interested in being a libertarian than finding real solution to the health care problem.I have had US insurance I haven't really used - because for my family of 4 - I have to spend 8,000 usd out of pocket (deductible) before I can start using it...I only kept it because the upper limit is 5m dollars.

Is this even something you can dare bring up?

America is still a third world country. On a nationwide trip a few years ago, I was shocked seeing people without teeth and bearing medical problems that became extinct in Europe. Upon asking was told they could not afford it!

The World is moving towards Single Payer insurance with increased and widened benefits for all. It is good for Labor and it works for Industry. A healthy society has unquantifiable benefits for all.

The US is the home of Ebenezer Scrooge! Let him stay there.
... [the ICC case] will be tried in Europe, where due procedure and expertise prevail.; ... Second-guessing Ocampo and fantasizing ..has obviously become a national pastime.- NattyDread

Health is not a commodity to be bargained for on the free market.  Almost every civilized nation on earth had this figured out by the early 70s.

forget intellectual confusion...think simply..All these socialisation of health sector is to help those in need either due to low income, age etc etc..the work of gov is to make interventions be it in lowering price of food to make it accessible or cash transfers to the old...or like helping those with chronic diseases like kidney heart cancer...just simple common sense
