Who cares about what Ruto says? What is important is that the country knows that the IEBC takes its orders from Ouru's family.  This information will be very important at a later date if the stealing of votes goes on as jubilee plans.

Do you recall the Ouko case? Where it was alleged that having identified the exact spot where he wanted to be found dead, crawled to it despite a broken leg. Not just that, he shot himself in the temple with a nearly severed arm, then carried a jerrycan full of petrol doused himself before lighting a match and setting himself ablaze.

No matter what the courts have written, the IEBC has moved to award the tender to Al Ghurair.

Hubris is not new in public servants.

This was deliberate.  This was the calculation all along-Give the tender to Ouru's family friends then argue that there is no time to make changes. They will be held accountable for this if they steal this elections.  The good thing is that the country is aware of their clear intention to stuff boxes with extra ballots printed by Ouru's friends.  I am sure the Kenyattaa family has a stake in this company or are receiving major kick  backs from  which the commissioners will be paid from.

NASA is doing the right thing applying pressure and at the same time releasing names of compromised IEBC officials. Its time to make it clear NASA will be ready for election but we are not going to use ballots printed by Kenyatta family or their associates. Hiyo tuu

That is the impression I have.  If they can dismiss the courts, it means they will do it again when convenient.  Like when it comes to Chebukati "vetting" certified results before announcing the total.
