I sense that when you say "should be left alone", means NASA should not complain that Jubilee is running IEBC. Part of that "independence" it appears from your Jubilee rhetoric is Jubilee keeping the right to procure ballots for the iEBC.
NASA is demanding that the IEBC be independent as well. It should follow the law and common sense in its procurement.
I have also heard another Jubilee talking point: NASA wasted IEBC's time through "courts". Which of those cases were dismissed as frivolous? If Uhuru feels NASA is being frivolous, why not make use of the law and have NASA declared a Vexatious Litigant? They have their own consigliere who bends the law to suit his cousin at every twist and turn. A real scum bag of a so called "professor".
IEBC should be allowed to discharge it's constitutional mandate as independent body. I think Jubilee have done that.
It is necessary for IEBC not to dig deeper into this hole. Uhuru also needs to reign on himself and his attack dogs to stop defending IEBC. Chebukati and Chiloba seem level headed guys unlike the volatile Hassan and they should be allowed to assert IEBC's place in ensuring credible elections.
