Why can't they go back to work?  Both sides have made their point by now.  Does every demand have to be met?  Where will the money come from to meet their demands?

The doctors have been scared back to work.

I have never seen a bunch of inept "trade unionists" in my life.

1. Calling a long strike weakens your ability to achieve what you want as there will reach a point when you have no choice but to go back to work
2. The hippocratic oath can easily become the hypocrites oathing. There is simply no way a doctor can go on strike and "do no harm".
3. Striking is politics. You must make alliances. If you don't your become the goose to be fried and sumptuously eaten  by Rival Trade Unions, Government, Opposition and Any Other-Enemy-You-Have Ever Made.
4. The best option for doctors is various types of Go Slows. They can also choose to exploit the sick leave rules, etc and stay away from work.
5. Always provide for emergency life saving services. No person shall die or suffer life threatening injuries as a result of your strike.

The fools turned down Opposition support and continued with the belief that Jubilee is there friend. I hope they get screwed a little more.
