The Ethnic Rag has published Jubilee's propaganda. The tables below are similar to what Tuju has been releasing. There was no editing whatever.

NASA counties like Turkana, Kisii and Nyamira are classified as "battleground" for no other reason than Jubilee intends to fight for them. Yet they are no more "battleground" than Nakuru where Raila got 20% of the vote (or 105,000 votes to Uhuru's 400,000).

For a newspaper claiming to be the best in East Africa, I would have expected some criteria to be set and adhered to. When they say "Counties won by Jubilee" and proceed to list them as "Jubilee Strongholds" one would expect them to also list "Counties won by NASA" as "NASA Strongholds". In fact according to The Ethnic Rag, there are no NASA Strongholds. Just NASA "leaning Zones". One has to be a stranger to not understand the negativity attached to the word "zone.

If you read further, you will notice the hand of Jubilee behind the stories. Reference to "Opposition" and a look at everything through Jubilee eyes. Any "advantage" grudgingly granted opposition is immediately qualified with something that denigrates it.

What is there to argue about?

The Rag has listed Counties won by Jubilee as "Jubilee Strongholds". It means "winning" (in 2013) is the basis upon which a county is declared a "stronghold"

NASA won Kilifi, Taita Taveta, Kwale, Tana River and Lamu counties. Just so there is no doubt: Lamu Governor is a MaDvD man. I am just using the same criteria used to determine "Jubilee Strongholds". Or do you think I should only use that for Jubilee and not NASA?

If the Governor for Lamu was Madvd guy what does that mean? in 2013 Madvd got 688 votes, Uhuru 17,677, and RAO 22,962....FYI the ground has shifted in Lamu.
Us Miji Kenda always want to be associated with the government of the day...we strongly believed 2013 RAO was his election to lose....I can't see Uhuru losing in Coast...Should he lose then he will garner minimum 40%  compare to 19%(2013)

Jubilee has made serious in-roads in coast - mombasa -kwale-kilifi-tana-river-lamu & even taita taveta - I expect jubilee to be strong ;45 verys 55; first we have to wait for NASA to unveil their candidate but Jubilee will win 50-50 the battlegrounds areas - Raila was sure bet and had incumbency - this time round he an outside looking inside.

I can live with hard figures which show that Raila carried Lamu.

However there is no backing for "the ground has shifted in Lamu".

I could easily take your word for it that you are "Miji Kenda" and therefore "always want to be associated with the government of the day". The problem is that the statement is false. It cannot be backed by the facts on the ground.

You may want to explain why you voted against the "Government of the day" in 2007.

I have just illustrated how declarations without any support can be made by just about anybody.

You have no basis to claim that Jubilee has made inroads in Coast. Your people believed that prop and created a by-election to test it. I believe it was Malindi. You lost. You nevertheless cling to the same agitprop by Mung'aro. He calls you guys while in lodgings with people's wives and daughters (and from the latest rumor in the Star - boys) to tel you how Wapwani are rejecting Raila etc. Munga'ro and his group are going home with you. It will be much faster than I thought because you also believe you have a vote in Kwale. As we usually say: Hamna kura Kwale.

We are staying vigilant. We scuttled many of the attempts to enlist fake voters by about 59%. There is still 30% which include the prisons and diaspora as well as the avenue opened by Omtatah.

We still have a number areas to look in to. One of them is the access granted to NIS to the voting. We ignored that in 2013 and paid a heavy price. We know they have already trained and deployed their operatives to work in polling stations. We have received their names and have asked the IEBC to remove them. If they don't we shall leave it to the people. Either the people will remove the NIS operatives or they will be aware that the polling officer is an NIS operative.

we believe the IEBC Database is contaminated. The Voter register is bloated with many non existent voters from Central. We also know that most of the RV numbers are inflated with ghosts. These are used to top up and raise the turnout.
