Just come out clear and declare that Buhari is incapacitated and allow DP to take over the rest of the term. We need to start being honest about these things.. When Atta Mills collapsed in office he was rushed to hospital but they had to take him to a poor equipped government hospital and through the maternity wing thus wasting crucial time that would have saved his life..
