South Sudan should just reunite with Sudan ..the south Sudanese citizens have no capacity to run a country ..they lack the human resource and discipline to build a nation. The original Sudan is very rich country by African standards and does have capacity to rebuild this war torn breakaway republic. Bashir is a genocide suspect but so would Abraham Lincoln Lincoln if he had lived to be involved in a civil war in the era of white nationalism.

These are just my musings trying to fix African from my keyboard

Pundit-style typing skills... Considering the starvation in Kenya with much better governance, S.Sudan is hopeless. No, there was too much fighting for "freedom" from the north. There ought to be a scheme of handholding these hapless states - S.Sudan, Somalia, etc - until they can stand on their feet, a neocolonial rule under the UN. Nothing dignified or "sovereign" about this absolute misery.
