While he preaches nuclear disarmament in Hiroshima, he has approved a trillion dollar upgrade of the US nuclear weapons and delivery systems.

I don't recollect him sanctioning disarmament for Japanese who are bound by pacificist policy to do so. His remarks were contextual, praising heroism, friendship, castigating kamikaze generals and minding veteran toes. The same cannot be said of the rabid Chinese always demanding apologies.

I do think sitting PORK should apologize for the lost lives if he so chooses. You cannot undo an apology so Hillary or Trump would be stuck with that.

Hypocrisy... none of Obama's eloquent words nor actions contravene nuclear pacts.
