Kenya presidents are members of corruption cartels. Without these cartels they would be cooling heels in the breadline like their fellow countrymen. We need to deeply look into personal relationship between Uhuru and Waiguru to see why Uhuru is the kingpin of ongoing looting.

Uhuru opened the gates through his involvment in SGR deal where he, Jimmy Wanjigi and Michael Kamau pocketed almost 40B Ksh. After that it was free for all in govt and now we can see where we are today.
