If the people reelect him.  vooke likes to blame evilution.  I don't know what to say.

Kenyans are still stealing public assets left and right....
I can't be too sure about that.  In any case why trust a thief?  That's like $55 million dollars.  If you do an image search for Lokoja the state capital it's obvious they could use every last penny of that money and some. 

Naija's like most Africans, a beautiful people.  But how are you going to blame a bazungu for this one?

I can see a certain logic in in: if he is going to return the money, then, surely, it is only reasonable and fair that he have a position from which he can "recover" his returned money.    :D

Anyways ... I'd be more interested in how much he would be keeping and not just how much he would be returning.
