Can Kenya trust M7? Last time in Kenya he called for African nations to quit the ICC just for him to go back home and handover Kony's deputy to the ICC. Uhuru had better watch when dealing with M7. he is a double speaker just as he once said Migingo Islands are in Kenya but the water around the islands in Uganda :smiley_confused1:

Uganda's government is still considering a pipeline through Tanzania to export oil if it proves cheaper than alternatives, an official said yesterday, even though the Ugandan president indicated last month that a route through Kenya had been picked.

How would Tz be cheaper?  I can't think of any way.  Is there is some hidden cost maybe occasioned by the Kenyan eating class?

It looks like the issue (for Total) is having a pipeline near areas in which Al Kebab has been able to operate with impunity.   Having bad guys blow up your pipeline every few months could make  things very costly in the long run.

Which reminds me: What ever happened to the "Kenya-Somalia wall"?   There was talk that "construction has already started", and the media even showed some NYS kids digging a 50-foot ditch to start the "wall".   And then?

Ati Kenya-Somalia wall  ;) ;)
Biggest joke on earth. I was to be manned with CCTV 24/7, four metres high and electrified. They only forgot to mention electric power in Kenya is not always reliable.

BTW what happened to the plans to relocate all refugees out of Kenya? It was to be implemented in three months! That was almost a year ago.

the wall must have been a proposal by hungry tenderpreneur eyeing easy target 'security' billions....

the tenerpreneur can sponsor some Interior/DoD guys for 'bedmarking' trip to Hungary ...it has finished its 173 km razor wire fence with Serbia in record  time
