Remarkable.  If you consider that Kenyans are still waiting for a commission of inquiry into Westgate attack.  Mpeketoni attack was blamed on ODM.  Garissa University response was declared satisfactory. 

One gets the feeling that the Tunisians might actually learn something from this tragedy.

I was listenign to news, and heard that most tourists chose to stay back. They felt it was a single incident. Truth in govt is a weapon.

One cannot PR their way around insecurity.  You have to fix it. 

People will visit corrupt ineptly governed countries.  It can even be fascinating. 

But they will choose personal safety over insecurity.

Tunisia depends almost entirely on tourism. You hit tourism and you end up with 50% more unemployment. The structures put up for tourism are such that the entire country would become a ghost town. It's their lifeline and there is no playing with it! Who else can play with that except Uhuru Kenyatta?
