Must be a long commute. I just finished watching the last season of Vikings. I somehow haven't watched Bing Bang theory and that is my next series. I gave up on scandal season 4.

Can I send you my sermons? 8)

Nothing has ever gripped my imagination me stirred up suspense like Breaking Bad
It's the only series I have watched to the end

"The wire" has been the best series I watched in recent years. If you haven't watched I definitely recommend.

bryan275,

Read a nice book.  Read King Leopold's Ghost.

oh yes... Breaking Bad...wololo, that's when geeks ruled.  I might just watch it again.  Alongside pulp fiction.  What was in that briefcase anyway?

bryan275,

Read a nice book.  Read King Leopold's Ghost.

I'll try reading, but kusoma ni effort.  I spend my days reading contracts etc... The commute gives me a break and enables the transition from home mode to kazi...

Why don't you look out the window and smell the view ? Appreciate the world around you. Something therapeutic like knitting can help blood flow to your fingers, manual dexterity and whatever you make you can sell on ebay. I enjoy ipad app games like the walking dead you'd love it. What else... hay Day... village farm....

1. Power (absolute best as of now. Follows a Black Drug Dealer who is every inch a respectable night club owner)
2. Tyrant ( have it but have not watched. I rely on a trusted opinion)
3. The Interceptor (still has to impress. It's Brit)
4. Battle Creek
5. Rectify (coming from hiatus with the 3 Season)
6. Major Crimes ( getting a bit tiresome. They need to change the ageing actors to renew it. Typical Crime/ Murder show with the denouement reached within one episode)
7. Stitchers (sci-fi crime. Designed to appeal to the youth. Suspend logic and enjoy)
8. The Americans (on Hiatus but if you have not watched any, be prepared for suspense, thrill and all. Very realistic. You may wish to start from the beginning so that you follow when the new season hits the screens in winter)

Feel free to re-direct if you need detailed reviews by Omollo.

I see. I'm watching pretty little liars at the moment and trying to figure out who "A" is. Who is it? I have a couple seasons left to watch. I'd like to install a tv in my car but I don't know if you're allowed to watch and drive.

Bryo,
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

This is one silly movie full of British humor that I have watched severally without taking offense. Very few flick of the few I watch can I tolerate to watch again.

I don't watch TV unless there is a major sporting event like Wimbledon semifinals and finals , test cricket limited overs , rugby tri nations , football championship leagues etc.

TV is general meant for small children ( cartoons) and pensioners who are very old.

My advice to Bryan is to read widely-  magazines ie newseek , economist, times , Africa confidential.  Read novels , autobiographies , journals.

These are free in the library- borrow.
When bored and tired - get you dr dre headphones and listen to relaxing music.

For news - get all the updates on twitter.

Jakoyo can go for 3 months without watching his 42 inch TV with over 500 channels.
