Mututho should be honest to himself and to the public and stick to fighting changaa and muratina dens. Drug lords are a calibre too big for his shoes.

A society with a functioning Legal Justice system should not resort to slanderous "Name and Shame". This is getting out of hand. In a way, the fining of Jeff Koinange (The Coward who paid the fine with alacrity) was a wake up call.
