The only group that don't have money is CORD, Jubilee is well oiled and loaded, what Jubilee is not interested in is funding CORD  stupid projects.

That is a noble cause. Even poor people donate their chickens in a fund raiser. Giving is not about having enough..it about helping in a little way.

Africans have to start helping each other before pleading for external donors.

Heck that is what insurance really is about....pulling together....if all poor people pool together their chicken and goats..they can rival donors.
