America is weak militarily, but good of pr/misnformation and posture. NY times is reporting that US bases in Middle East have been significantly degraded and that is why why hitting IRAN is not going as it should. Fighter jet runaways and communication devices have been highly compromised.

It's credible that those bases have been hit.  But it also appears most of them had been evacuated or had a reduced presence.  It's not nothing.  But to say it is a serious degradation of the capabilities deployed against Iran is an exaggeration.
