You don't know the number of Black and non-white people in the USA. Right now Wazungus get an average of 1.5 children per family. Black and others are 3+. Somalis and Hatians are 5+, which means there is no way you can reverse in America. The people getting deported by 70% are people classified as white/wazungu here also, which makes the situation very complex. I think the day a plan is put in place to deport the nearly 60 million African Americans, maybe the curve will flatline, but until then, they have no way out!
