Mature conversation from the CEO. I think the same financial illiteracy follows Kenyans abroad, especially those in the US.  I would advise someone arriving in the US today to NEVER EVER get a job for longterm, it should be for a few months or so to get capital and learn how to invest/trade. Investing and trading may take you a year or so to churn out profits, but when profits (capital gains) come, you will be raking in over $700 an hour on the lower end in 16 hours of trading hours from 4AM to 8PM DAILY! The CEO says some people have information; others don't. Now that you have information from me, do the needful!

He may be part of the problem, but he has a US mindset interms of productivity and economics. Majority of Kenyans produce air and are very poor at it. By the time you earn dough in the US, most likely your back, shoulders, and fingers are hurting regardless of your line of work. Economic systems are engineered to make labor highly productive!

Majority of rural Kenyans are homeowners, have land, and produce premium coffees, teas, acclaimed globally in their peasantry ways.

Mirionis run profitable kiosks, matatus despite terror by kanjo, and police. KNBS hails them every year as greatest economic driver yet all Kizungu mingi charlatans want us to use Yues dollar printing thinking of digits on computers.

Those rural Kenyans need to step it up 100x to match US productivity. In my small rural town, by 10PM you can rob anyone because human activity is in complete shutdown and everybody is asleep, dead, and gone. US economy is 24hrs grinding nonstop. Trucks at 2AM-3AM-4AM are like ants, humming and night-crawling on interstate systems coast to coast. Typical Kenyan worker works about 2-3 hours in 24 hours compared to most of the developed world, especially those in offices. I have many family members working, and their workplaces are relaxed, not stressed. Some can even leave coats hanging on the desk and roam in town for 4 hours or have another employee cover for them. Such BS is nonexistent in highly productive country!
