Ruto's transformative agenda is undeniable. From 1963 to 2022, Kenyatta Sr., Moi, Kibaki, and Uhuru did 34% of development projects, and Ruto in 3 years has done 66% of development in Homa Bay. I'm sure other counties will tell their story too!

Ruto's leadership has taken unprecedented steps to stop the deaths of over 5,000 fishermen each year in Lake Victoria, Kenya, by attracting investors to build modern boats, piers, and rescue groups to support fisherfolk in Kenyan waters. Infrastructure such as roads, affordable housing, hostels, hospitals, Fish Markets, and other facilities
Quote
Multiple sources indicate that approximately 5,000 fishermen die annually on Lake Victoria. This alarming statistic is frequently cited and discussed in news reports and articles related to the safety of fishermen in the region.
It is important to note that these figures are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the source and the methods used to collect the data. However, the consistent reporting of this number across multiple platforms underscores the significant risks faced by those working in the fishing industry on Lake Victoria. These deaths are attributed to a combination of factors, including poor fishing tools, bad weather conditions, vessel accidents, and drowning

Kangata makes them all look like complete idiots including Kasongo. This lady has only built a glittering county block, check at hospital, schools and open air defacation in her county. Here is Kangata listing a few of his accomplishments https://x.com/MutembeiTV/status/1955603436550111495

Kang'ata also agrees that  Ruto's UDA plan, which he is executing in Murang'a, has been transformative. Markets, affordable housing, roads, Agricultural reforms, etc., technology brokered by the Ruto administration from development partners, TVETs churning out skilled young people are slowly changing Kenya one county at a time. At this pace, Kenya will be a different place in 2030. It is TUTAM siku zote!

This is wanga’s achievement, I hear rumors that she will be Ruto’s DP in 2027 and thus finishing Kasongo’s relationship with Mt Kenya

You can spread fake news here but other than people like Kangata and a few others, devolution has been a total failure and disastrous in many places including Kalenjin dominated counties.. https://x.com/k24tv/status/1955656218174722168?s=46&t=3-3-_ehcZbukDCK7hNe5LA

Don't be bitter; Ruto is transforming Kenya in realtime. Naysayers and those that fall in the cracks are always there, but the trajectory is on an uptrend. Ruto admitted that some counties, especially outgoing Governors, are stashing on their way out hindering faster transformation!

My only bitterness is how much potential our country has but stuck with the worst leadership. I do not fall for fake news or propaganda, I have been around the block so you cannot pee on my head and claim that’s it’s raining.

Ruto had an option of strengthening devolution but all I see is governors falling to get photo ops with Ruto and Ministers which is a clear sign of weakened devolution.

Provincial administrators are also back with a bang.

These counties are nothing but a crime scene, a betrayal of the Kenyan dream, a system that works everywhere in the world except a country like Kenya where thieving, corruption, mediocrity and general stupidity is a badge of honor. In a country where people are normal thinking, breathing human beings, all these governors will be rotting in hell and their families made destitute. In most North Eastern counties, people who live there have to walk miles for water, a dispensary without medication and staff, deaths etc while their governors live in the best mansions in Karen and Dubai, what made us Kenyans accept this behavior? Who cursed us? When did it become okay for the worst of us like akina Kibet and Sudi to walk around lecturing us while engorging on our money? .. https://x.com/kenyansays/status/1956408115550728374?s=46&t=3-3-_ehcZbukDCK7hNe5LA

Who cursed the US, where there are about 30-40 million people living in abject poverty surrounded by riches? Poverty and societal dysfunction are, most of the time, people's choices if you dig deeper; that is why there are rich folks in poor societies and poor folks in rich society.  It is easy to blame leaders and fail to blame folks who don't want to move earth and mountains to be well-off when you are, or when you are still able. Fombe, dawa, ujinga, and laziness can creep up on folks very quickly no matter their location in the globe! Florida just recorded about 4 million living under the federal poverty line. Those poor Kenyans are living in paradise compared to America's unforgiving poverty!

Your view on USA is a total oversimplification as there are many factors at play. We can start with black poverty, it’s mostly comes from years of systemic racism all the way from Jim Crow, redlining and modern day racism with the justice system, Banks, poor schools etc to be something as black person takes twice as much effort as a white person, this is has also caused a lot of societal breakdowns which generally leads to bad choices and thus the cycle of poverty. For many whites who are also very poor, it’s hard to understand how they botched a 400 yr head start and a system that’s rigged in their favor. According to me, whites will continue to vote against their own interests as long as it punishes minorities. It’s a weird way of thinking or mind control. A regular white person has been fed so much propaganda and indoctrination that will take years to deprogram, they are told things like universal healthcare is socialism while a single ailment bankrupt them but it’s okay as long as blacks and other minorities do not get universal healthcare. It’s a system where everyone is sick from bad food, water, pollution etc so the fear is if everyone gets healthcare, they will not be able to access their doctors. The system makes you sick so you are always seeking help, it’s mind boggling. In other developed countries, they insist on preventative measures and therefore less need. The poverty is America is tied to racism, it’s very expensive. If people ask for increased minimum wage, whites vote against it because it will kill businesses, the same businesses exploiting them with major profits and CEOs making billions. It’s about racism and making sure minorities stay poor and uneducated. This is actually the reason we have Trump, with blacks becoming more educated and wealthier, black women are the most educated demographic in the USA, this is really scary to some whites, the want to make America great again for white man, Christian, straight etc where the most mediocre get the best jobs and blacks are labeled DEI. It’s an attempt to to take the country back to the 50s. This is why we have a defund education, anti intellectuals, do not teach history etc too many blacks have been benefiting from DEI push and especially in the universities. We live in interesting times but racism is very expensive to USA, they are not going to be able to compete with China, the empire is on its knees.
