Money market investments in kenya

What type of voodoo are financial managers practicing in nairobi to guarantee customers 10% return on investments. The diathifora is always asking me about these investments and I tell them I have no idea and no faith in anything that guarantees fixed returns from investing in the markets

S&P 500 has been doing 10%+ returns for a century. A lot of people pay a lot of money to Wall Street firms to manage their 401(k) and investments, but they forget the guaranteed 10% you get by lumping all your investments. Only during Trump 1 and now Trump 2 is that failing like other stocks. The bounce once Trump leaves office will be epic and will average 15-20%, which will still recover from the dipping point. During Biden's time, it was exceptional; it was 18% for almost 3 years straight.
Quote
Over the last century, the S&P 500 has averaged an annual return of approximately 10%. This includes the reinvestment of dividends. However, after adjusting for inflation, the real return is closer to 7%.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Average Annual Return:
The S&P 500 has averaged about 10% per year over the past 100 years
If you invested $1000000 in the S&P 500 at the beginning of 2005, you would have about $6,667,380.38 at the end of 2025, assuming you reinvested all dividends. This is a return on investment of 566.74%, or 9.82% per year.
Last year, returns were 18%, so people have lost a lot of money; they are even scared to look at their portfolios. On the other hand, they know it is just a matter of time before the uptrend begins again. S&P, though it bounced from the 4900 zone, is currently in the danger zone. If it goes back and touches 4900, it is official bear territory and may dip to the 3500-4500 zone, but if it stays above 5000 as Trump tortures the market with inferior white-supremacy policies, the bullish trend may continue in a limp mode.

I had one that paid me 16.8% last year but now it’s about 10%. All genuine, very professional not one of those Ponzi schemes. Central bank T- bills or bonds are also better than your money idling is saving accounts, CDs or MMF which is like 3-4%.

anyone being optimistic about tramp economy is driniking too much evil.
China will start boycotting American products - Coke, Pepsi, McDonald, Start Bucks and the list goes on. The damage is long term.
