Sakaja is generally good for nothing. If he can at least keep this up and maintain it, at least he would have achieved one positive thing.

I do not understand why people do not like order on the streets of cities. it makes the place more attractive for the residents and business booms more when there is order. Hawkers make a very small percentage of the residents in a city. Why should they determine how a city functions?

The decline of kanairo under order nonsense. From Covid silly restrictions killed the nightlife and now such killing daytime hasora business.

Empty streets mean no business for even those naive to hail such.

Check the lamentations for Yurop ya Nyong'o or hailed Kigali where photos never show the people.

They are building markets and sending them to designated places, meaning their businesses are intact. People who need their stuff will go buy them at the market, not having them all over the place, creating chaos. I think order in cities should be supported. Every city in the world has order even mega cities like New York!

Nonsense computer models markets. The road reserves markets and pavements should be wider to accommodate hasoras across the country not build markets with no customers. Then have model hawking structures plus water baas.

All these markets are dead and we have to pay IMF loans. Ngong, Ruiru- no power since 2022.

After Londiani a rethink was necessary but wapi. Hasoras prefer these streets and roads due to the high traffic of customers. Taking to such markets and away from their markets is madness.

Hasoras has to be taught order over time. Glad markets are being built, and decades from now customers and traders will learn that there are designated areas for commerce, not littering roads and creating vumbi everywhere in the country. A long journey has to start somewhere.
