Don't be naive. Ruto had chebukati who by law then was presidential RO. If not monkey games were a foot n Ruto narrow win would have been reduced we go for second round. Cherror 4 last brief with security folks failed because Ruto had the chair

ECK of 2002 and 2005 was a result of IPPG.
My friend father was ECK comm - he was opposition appointed in 1999 IPPG process.
That was good ECK.
Then in 2007 Martha and Kibaki appointed ECK 100% from PNU affliated parties.
The result was obvious - Kibaki rigged.

You saw Chief of Defense , Head of Punlic service going to Bomas and reying to change the results but didnt manage .
