The next president may not be successful in fixing Trump's mess, and the US may have a lost decade of stagnation and poverty, especially POC. Trump is doing everything to ensure economic pain affects white people the least. A report circulating indicates the federal workers terminated were 32% Black, yet the Black population makes up 14% of the population. Washington, DC, the home of upper middle class African Americans have been affected by these layoffs, but Maryland Governor seem to have absorbed many of them in open state jobs
