Problem with Haiti is tribal/gangs in Banks, politics, Leadership, etc. Those who lose politics, don't let go, they form gangs and goons and use young armed people to distabalize the government over and over. Fortunately we live in an interconnected marketplace where human beings participate willingly or unwillingly in global affairs. Some of those affairs have risks. Glad now that UN has approved over 5000 forces and billions to eradicate gangs, Americans, Africans, Europeans, Asians, Latinos, and all groups will bear the sacrifice. Kenya has led the way, and I'm glad more resources and money are flowing in. Kenyan police officers in Haiti are pocketing 400,000 shillings a month. I'm sure most police officers in Kenya would want to sign up very quick!
