Minor accident on the carpet

I found these two photographs quite intriguing. What inferences can be drawn from the sequence of photographs other than the obvious? Anybody with skills in photo interpretation?

First off:

a) Everybody is in a sharp, dark suit. Except one kinyang'arika at the back.
b)The photographer had an unimpeded view of the fossil.
c) It is so painful to watch the African leader of leaders, Crd Mugabe walking on all fours. Like a lizard.
