I dont why you are over confident that ODM cant turn against Ruto. Once political scene becomes chaotic they can turn against Ruto , Just wait and see  and with Ruto having destroyed UDA it will be easy to get 117 . What better way to get rid of Ruto out of ballot in 2027 .

Im no longer in Rutos camp to know the in dealings . As an outsider I can say Gachagua was against Raila coming to Govt , he later accepted , Ruto wanted to pacify Raila coming into Govt , Mt Kenya was hostile , Ruto vilified Gachagua and he has gone Beserk .Once Ruto uses impeachment weapon Gachaguas political career is gone , he can never vie for any post just like Sonko and Waititu .
What Ruto refuses to see is that the same weapon will be used against him . Uhuru was against using the same weapon against Ruto in the last parliament coz he didnt want anarchy  . Ruto thinks he can get away with it .

Gachagua can survive an impeachment by resigning before the vote is taken to the floor of parliament. This way he can remain politically relevant.

Anyway, it is just sideshows. Even Gachagua does not seem to mind Adani looting our public coffers. All he does is whine about his troubles and does not see his boss is leading the country to abysis.
