I wish every country was like the USA. Local and federal police would have already arrested Abdullamaswad, who would then spend more than a century in prison and never see his family again. You do crimes; you do time guaranteed in the US. I don't think there is anyone who has committed a serious, proven crime in the US and got away with it. Always 100% conviction with a jury system where laws and facts go hand in hand!
Abduba did send multiple threatening messages, and it landed him cool 7 years in jail. My African American neighbor sent "I will kill you" to his ex-wife, and he went to county jail for 24 months. He is so traumatized and asks me a lot of questions pertaining to laws before he does anything, because apparently he is not familiar with US laws despite his ancestors arriving at the port of Jamestown, Virginia, in 1590.
