As long as you use digital device like a phone or computer,you can be fished anywhere on earth because all communication follows a central command,the server,switch centre transceiver which can be accessed by any intelligence agency either directly from ISP or Mobile Networks.you can never hide.

All these people arrested - are taken to police stations - locked up - released or taken to court.

Or should we now order all DCIs to wear UNIFORM?

We don't have Extra Judicial Killings - all these people are mostly ending up in petrol stations.
We have lots of propaganda - about missing people - I cant make head or tail.

We have rough corners on how DCI should arrest suspects - esp those they need to catch with gadgets and etc.

At minimum let DCI have their badges on.
