1) If Ruto finishes Riggy G,Riggy G can't support Ruto re-election bid.

2) If Uhuru & Gachagua are are Ruto enemies,It means GEMA can't vote Ruto in 2027.

Which leads us to Kalonzo Kamba GEMA running Mate which starts at 4.5+MN vote.If you bring in Luhya 50% Coast 50% Somali 30% Luo 3%,Kalonzo becomes president.

Ruto has Kalenjins,Luo vote is not guaranteed and 50% Luhya vote which is also not guaranteed.If we talk of kamatusa and remove Kalenjins,We are left with Samburu and MAASAI vote which is not enough to make you president.

The Powder keg is Kenyan youth and women.The extra judicial killings and their subsequent funerals across the country has caused alot of women and youth to radically hate Ruto.

It's okay to dream that a decidedly gema alliances with kambas will attract votes outside it. Infact they won't get 100% of gema because Ruto isn't about to write such investment.
