There is need to review disciplinary procedure on firing of police and public officials. Even the ministers keep crying over errant officers they cannot fire.

Senior policemen stole & shared 20MN and served their juniors bread and soda.Because the juniors know their seniors are corrupt,they forcefully steal from citizens like the 19year old Ian,The police service has become a criminal organisation.They can do ANYTHING for money.Until the leaders themselves fall victim of these corrupt deeds,they shall continue to perpetuate them.
