Anything spearheaded by Trump and Netanyahu is strategically meant to benefit Israel in the medium and long-term. This war plan seems meant to eliminate West Bank/Ramalla, now that GAZA is completely gone. GAZA and Palestine should never agree to any proposal or anything from Trump or Netanyahu. It is better to die than to surrender to such a deal!
The plan is not about peace or starving children it's a deflection of international pressure on Israel from the EU and G7. Netanyahu needs to stop bombing without looking like he is scared of sanctions and isolation. If they could they could throw in ICC amnesty as a sweetener they would. I think he is a big loser because 1) his fascist partners already threaten to tank the deal and 2) sanctions still loom over planned West Bank annexation.
I expect Hamas to demand guarantees that the ISF (International Stabilization Force) will replace the IDF in Gaza on the ground. Most likely Hamas will seek to hold onto the hostages until Israel meets its obligations... therein lies the rub.
I give the plan a 20% chance of success at this point.
West Bank is not part of this
Gaza plan. The winner is the PA which will likely replace Hamas in Gaza as part of the "Palestinian civillian committee".
QATAR is also a big winner in this plan.
