This guy is said that his nationality is unknown. He emerged on the scene and carved an image bigger. He has always been able to move with the power of the day. Buy off his critis and suppress any evidence that can seal his fate. He is very smart to talk from two sides of his mouth while making sure that the power that be are not threatened.

Is he really Havard educated or he took those summer courses in Havard and claimed he was Havard educated?
Most people in Kenya do this. Enroll in 6 weeks summer course at Havard and them claim they are Havard educated. Why did forget pupilage? Is pupilage necessary if you have other comparable experience such as being a law lecturer? I read that Pashal Gai pupilage and law college requirements had to waived my mutunga for him to get a license to practice

He is - he did the real thing - and is quite intelligent. I dont think he intend to practise law - initially he was interested in academia - but once he got his judges inside - it was now easy to win cases. Before then judiciary was a mess - very corrupt- and practising law was for connected lawyers.

Pupileage - was simply because he didnt want to waste time - as he was already senior law lecturer - and needed to make money with his new judges.
