How much did coffee farmers receive during Kibaki and Uhuru years? These people are used to freebies and are now complaining.
Btw, the sugar industry is a pitfall. It should be privatised and the government should keep off.

Coffee has been rescued since forever.

Time to let them hang.

Hawana Aibu. From 1m 1 shilling - you'd think they are poorest most marganilized. Now look at all Ruto big appointment of GEMA. Yet they feel so ENTITLED.

GEMA entitlement is national disease that RUTO should NIP IN THE BUD.

Hii Kenya ni ya sisi sote.

https://x.com/kenyans/status/1711388855792721936?s=46&t=3-3-_ehcZbukDCK7hNe5LA Uhuru is now being recognized as the infrastructure president, Kibaki was the economic revival president, Ruto has nothing to show other than misery and despair even in Kalenjin land.

Uhuru wrecked the economy with unsustainable debt to fund economically dysfunctional projects... e.g. outdated SGR to nowhere (uhuru Naivasha farm)

Locked up the country following muzungu policies.

Opened the economy to cheap Chinese merchandise without negotiating reciprocal exports for Kenyans.

Uhuru is only a saint to a forgetful Kenyan.

Agreed. Government should stay out of coffee industry that's the only way coffee industry will reform and survive.  And the same applies to sugar industry.
