Reminds me of CS Owalo hiring a chopper for millions of Ksh to fly from Nairobi to Nyanza in order to open a 2m Ksh school computer lab. Our guys are just not serious.

Borehole can only serve like 25k max in any given town, otherwise it will run DRY.
