What offensive? Ukrainian never got to Russian first line of defence.. kill ratio 1 - 10 in favor of Russia. This has been nothing but suicide mission for comedian.

Which country has ever won war fought on borrowed everything? Ukraine is pretty failed state. Ukraine is bankrupt. Civil servants payroll, pension and even military payroll is funded by uncle Sam. They miss one check and it's game over.

 Anyone still believing in Ukraine winning at this juncture really.  Supported by all the might of NATO , European union and the G7 plus and Russia is still kicking their butt like he'll. Finally even the New York Post and other western media starting to acknowledge the truth. We have run out of ammo against Russian shovels.  There is already talk about the two intelligence apparatus meeting behind the scenes to agree on ending the war.

Is Russia winning. Nope. The whole war is back to 2014 - being fought on the same battlelines - Russia proxies have been replaced with Russia army.

In that sense Ukraine has won - because it driven Russia to the old battle lines of east and southern borders with Russia - and has degraded Russia ability to hit cities outside that zone.
