The work of the Judiciary is to interpret what is in the constitution and protect it. In the absence of infinite resources, courts do not have to do anything more. You obviously never been anywhere near the corridors of justice otherwise you would know that many cases get dispensed on technicalities that are supported by Katiba. If you want the court to rule in your favour or attend to substance, you must come with clean hands. Jurisprudence at its irreducible minimum requires finding a clause on which to hang a case on.
