No need of this discussion. It will not happen. Diplomatic passports are not dished out like mandazis. Ruto will have to learn a few things here and there.

The best athletes have absolutely no problem getting visa's. These international sports events need and want the best to be present.

You think kipchoge would have trouble getting a visa anywhere? The greatest runner in history? In fact, I'm sure they are many countries that have tried to make him change citizenship.

For the super talented, getting visa's is not an issue.  These guys are not like kamau or otieno living in pipeline looking to escape their poverty.

Precisely...fix the root cause first then keep it moving to other issues. Ruto need to shake up his advisors. The man is everywhere with not well thought through ideas. From housing to diplomatic passports.  Whats next?
