Things are drastically changing .ICC has been rendered ineffective . I fear for Kenya . No wonder Raila is calling for cessation .

Africans bure, when their own did shuttle diplomacy they had no urgency to pull out, now that a mzungu is asking nicely it has to be done quick fast
