The one thing I"d like to see Ruto do during his presidency is finish off these drug dealers like Joho and even that former governor of Kiambu and people like Sonko. You cannot allow drug barons in your country, but ruto doesn't seem to mind working with thugs.

I think the second phase of his presidency should be focused on dealing with these "moral" issues - finish drug barons and finish people selling illegal brews.

Joho already secured his business through South Sudans Government. Further he has gone underground partying in U.S. and Dubai . He also has his man as Mombasa Governor so his past corrupt dealings will stay chini ya maji
Ruto just like Uhuru will let him be .
This is a real Mafia who know how to play his cards . He rather knew Raila made a big mistake joining hands with Uhuru.
