This is very counterproductive nonsense. Goes against need for localisation of police. Once they are settled and stable, they will become human beings not the animals we have roaming around.

Just have clear sanctions for errant officers. Empower IAU, NPSC and IPOA. Even redeploy them to PSC say agricultural extension officers.

TSC is already undoing delocalisation evils.

Very good - finally gov is accountable

Yes it total nonsense.
I was hoping gov would wait for report from Justice Maraga.
Listen to welfare issues.
These transfers dont help- we are transferring bad manners all over.

Isnt it time to stop this nonsense.
Officers have families and to be moved every three years is horrible.
Time to establish statutory regulations and give counties money to hire their own police.
Central govt should only police violent and high level crimes, so there's no need to have central govt police.

Nobody wants to move every three years - or even ten years, especially with family. It is a horrible policy, socially, economically and all aspects of life.

So, why is Kindikui moving forward with it? Kindiki should have be made the AG. He is clearly not cut out for that security docket.  An army general like Nkaissery or Boinett needs to be there.

This will have significant negative effect on the security of the country.
