Luos at best are 15 percent of Nairobi.
They have to organize and strategize to win by concentrating votes in certain areas.
In 1990s - almost all Mps in Nairobi imported voters
Kikuyu mps imported mainly from Muranga
Gumo imported Luhylanda
Raila imported many from Kisumu via the train.
